New Zealand -
Delivery can take 7-14 Business days.
International -

MC SCHOOL DELIVERY & PICKUP
Can I organise DELIVERY & PICKUP for my Children that attend MC school?
Delivery can be made during the school term directly to your children or at the MC Marketplace that occurs twice a school term.
Please note that PICK UP is ONLY available to the students and families of the MC community.

Are the products in stock and ready to ship?
At Yeah PRINTS we operate on a print to order model, which means we do not maintain stock of our pre-made products. Rather, we only begin the production process, once your order has been placed. This allows us to offer you a wider range of products and customisations while, minimising waste. -
RESTOCKING
Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock"?
If an item you would like to purchase is listed as out of stock, please contact us to get an ETA or a custom order. This might be due to a filament issues and we are waiting on materials. -

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
While we strive to ensure that the product images on our website accurately represent the items you receive, please keep in mind that each piece we create is made to order and may have minor variations due to the nature of 3D printing and the production process. While we do not create all of the designs in-house, we collaborate closely with talented designers who grant us commercial use right for printing of their designs. This then allows us to support the greater community while delivering the highest quality Yeah PRINTS you love.

DAMAGED ITEM
What if my item has a flaw or is damaged?
Due to the nature of 3D printing, it is important to understand that no two prints will ever be 100% identical, and some minor flaws may occur. We thoroughly inspect all orders to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipping. However, as our products are made to order, most items are non-refundable.
